Atharva- T.A.Pai Management Institute’s Annual International Management festival is a platform for promising business leaders. It is a congregation of the brightest MBA talent in India who come together for three days of intense competition and enriching experiences. The spirit of Atharva is reflected in the tough but healthy competition generated among the students through an entire gamut of events. The festival boasts of flagship events like Young Business Leader-the business leader contest, Quiz on the Beach-the business quiz and Polemic-the big fight among the doyens of the corporate world. The festival also features Sankalp – Business plan contest and Management Games, a series of contests which tests the acumen of the participants in various management skills like marketing and finance.

A plethora of informal events keep the campus abuzz for three rocking days and nights. Atharva 2010-11, to be held from 21st – 23rd January 2011, revolves around the theme of Yuva, the spirit of youth.

Unmaad 2011, IIM Bangalore's annual cultural festival, celebrates this silent power that resides in every individual... the power to belong, the power to break free, to forge, to overcome and to make a difference. Spanning a period of three days, Unmaad draws participants from across India and features events like dramatics, music performances, dances, quizzes, debates, street plays, professional concerts and the grand Unmaad fashion show.

The events at Unmaad provide a platform for everyone to showcase their talents. The events, spread over three days, may be categorized into the following main heads:

• Specials:These include Mr. and Ms. Unmaad, The Fashion Show, Choreography and B-School of Rock (BSOR). One of the most popular events of Unmaad, the fashion show draws audience second only to ProNite.
• Literary Events: The literary events, as the name suggests, range from quizzes and word games to JAM and dumb charades.
• Performing Arts: Solo and regional dance competitions add high energy to these events while dramatics, mime and movie spoof keep the audience enthralled.
• Music Events: With light music and western music bands from different colleges, rock competitions, song spoofs and the inclusive Antakshari, Unmaad has a wide range of music events.
• Fine Arts: Fine arts at Unmaad include collage making, face painting, clay sculpting, comics, design and tattooing contests.

Kurukshetra, Techno-management Fest at Chennai on 2-5, February, 2011

Kurukshetra- The Battle of Brains is the International Techno-Management festival conducted annually by College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The fest is conducted for four days and aims to bring about a higher level of interaction between the industry and acadamia, and also among the students of different colleges so as to foster innovation. Kurukshetra is being conducted from 2007 and is illustriously the only student organised event in India to have the patronage of UNESCO.

The techno-management fest of CEG, Kurukshetra true to its tagline, "The Battle Of Brains", has become synonymous with the yearly clash of the best of the student world. With around 15,000 participants from over 300 institutions spanning 75 countries, the diverse crowd is one of the factors that make Kurukshetra such a resounding success. The challenging events add lustre by drawing in enthusiastic participants with the lure of fantastic amounts of prize money. Incident -2011 at NITK, Surathkal on 23-27 February, 2011

Incident is the national level cultural festival of National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal, Karnataka, India. It is generally held during the even semesters of the academic calendar.
Incident was first conducted in 1980 and has grown over the years to become one of the largest cultural festivals in South India.
This year it will be held  between 23-27 February, 2011

Global Entrepreneurship Summit at IIT, Kharagpur on 14-16 January, 2011

Global Entrepreneurship Summit (14th-16th January, 2011), is annual flagship event of E-cell, at IIT Kharagpur, and one of the biggest entrepreneurial platforms for academicians, new-age entrepreneurs, eminent business personalities, venture capitalists and the students to gather at one place and share their entrepreneurial endeavours and experiences, and to pledge to take entrepreneurship to greater scales. 

GES 2011 has as its theme "Empowering the Next Billion: Technology & Innovation" and will witness the presence of persona such as Irfan Alam, stalwarts in the field of Social Entrepreneurship. IEEE Students' Technology Symposium at IIT,Kharagpur on 14-16 January,2011

IEEE Students' Technology Symposium is an annual event organized by IEEE Student Branch at IIT Kharagpur and IEEE Kharagpur Section. The second version of the event will host oral and poster sessions showcasing original contributions from students and young professionals, with subsequent publications through IEEEXplore Digital Library.
